CSG Limited (ASX:CSV) today announces the appointment of Mr Joe Czyzewski as Non-Executive Chairman of CSG Limited.

The Board of CSG Limited has appointed Mr Czyzewski replacing Mr Philip Chambers who has elected to stand down as Executive Chairman. Mr Chambers will remain on the Board as an Executive Director and will continue in his role in CSG’s Australian and New Zealand Print Business. Mr Chambers unique industry experience is highly valued by the CSG Board and management particularly as we continue to drive earnings growth in New Zealand and the integration of the Print business in Australia.

The Board welcomes Mr Czyzewski as the new Chairman of CSG. Mr Czyzewski brings a number of years of public company experience to the Board and to the role of Chairman. Mr Czyzewski joined the CSG Board in February 2011, prior to which he held the position of Chief Financial Officer of Healthscope Ltd for a period of 6 years.

Prior to joining Healthscope Mr Czyzewski held a number of senior accounting and finance roles, including Vice President Finance and Group Treasurer with his long term employer of 32 years, BHP.

The Board also recognises the significant contribution that Mr Chambers has given to the company since the time of the inital public offering in 2007 and thanks him for his service.
