CSG (ASX: CSV) announces that it has settled the acquisition of Konica Minolta Business Solutions New Zealand Limited ("KMBS") and Leasing Solutions Limited ("LSL").
KMBS is a market leader in the document management solutions and digital production market in New Zealand with LSL being the exclusive finance provider to KMBS.
